How much is shipping?
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $50!
  • For the USA: Secure USPS Shipping can be applied on your order, with a shipping rate of $4.95
  • For Rest of World: Secure Shipping can be applied on your order, with a shipping rate of $9.95

 

How long does it take to receive my products?

We process and ship most of our orders within 24 hours.

Based on our historical data, shipping time is around 10-15 days if you are using standard shipping.

However, in rare occasions, your package may be delayed for circumstances beyond our control such as holidays and customs inspections.

How to order?
  1. Open the product page for the product(s) of your choice
  2. Select the quantity, color, size and plug type of the product(s) that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”
  3. Click "Check Out" in the pop-up window.
  4. In the following page, fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and click "Continue to Shipping Method"
  5. Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen
  6. The last step is to enter your payment information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction and place your order with us.

 

How can I track my order?

Simply click here and follow the instructions on the next page to track your order. You will get your tracking ID 1-2 business days after you complete your order.

 

When will I receive my order confirmation?

An order confirmation email will be sent to the address used to place the order, only moments after your order has been completed.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, you may have mistyped your email address.

Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them.

We suggest that you also check your spam folder if our emails are not shown in your inbox.

Please make sure to add our emails to your safe list.

 

How to apply a discount code?

When using a discount code or voucher, you should enter it in the discount code text box, which is located at the right side of the checkout page.

If you are placing the order on your mobile phone, the discount box can be found in the order summary.

You would have to activate the code by pressing the “apply” button next to the discount box after entering the discount code.

You will see whether the code is successfully applied after the button is pressed.

 

Is my payment information safe?

If I order multiple items, do they come in the same package?

Typically, multiple items will come in multiple packages to ensure the fastest delivery.

We work with suppliers all over the world, so if you order multiple items, it makes more sense to simply ship the item you ordered directly to your house. This allows us to provide the fastest and most efficient shipping possible. 

 

What happens if my package is returned to sender or refused?

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For items returned to Behemoth Deals due to an un-deliverable address or issues with customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

 

Tracking information states my package as being delivered but I never received it.

Behemoth Deals does not hold nor accept responsibility nor issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as delivered or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit. Please email us and we will reach out to the carrier on your behalf to fix the issue as best as possible.

 

International Customs and VAT

Behemoth Deals is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies by country.

 

 

** Returns **

 

 

Can I exchange an item?

Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. By processing a return and sending your item(s) back, you will receive a refund for the net price of your item(s). Behemoth Deals is not responsible for the cost of shipping a new order once your return has been processed.

 

How do I return an item?

By processing a return a customer acknowledges and agrees with the entire Behemoth Deals Return Policy and understands the terms. Click here: RETURNS LINK to process a return. You will need your order number and email address the order was placed under to begin a return.

You can return a product for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. After 60 days from the purchase date, a refund cannot be offered. Your order date can be found in your email confirmation that was received upon initial purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original packaging.

Please email support@behemothdeals.com to process a return. Please include the order number and which items you would like to process a return.

 

 

I received the wrong item/item size.

Damaged items must be reported/emailed within 3 days of receipt with photos attached to support@behemothdeals.com. If not reported within 3 days, we will not issue replacements. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear of items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 3 day window of receiving the item.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact support@behemothdeals.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

 

Late or Missing Refunds.

Refunds can take up to 15 business days to appear on your statement, depending on how your bank or financial institution processes them. If Behemoth Deals processed a refund and you have not received a refund after 15 business days, contact your Bank or Credit Card Company to see if the refund is still pending. Currency exchanges may take longer than 15 business days.

Refunds for Returns

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

If you used store credit or a gift card to make a purchase and returned items from your order, you will be refunded back on the store credit/gift card. There will be no monetary exchange for returned or canceled orders made with a store credit or a gift card.

 

Exchange Rates

Differences in prices may vary according to the time an order is placed, and the time the payment is processed. When an order or return is processed, the order or refund will be generated in US Dollars. Behemoth Deals is not responsible for differences in exchange rates from when an order is placed, the payment is processed, or when a refund is processed.

 

My package was missing an item and I was issued a refund.

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will issue a refund for item(s) not in stock and go ahead and ship the rest of your order.

 

 

** Order Changes **

 

 

My shipping info is incorrect/has changed

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee address changes if the order is already in production. If you would like to check if it’s possible to change your shipping address, please email Support@BehemothDeals.com your order number and updated shipping address. If your package has shipped, please contact the shipping provider and ask them to update the shipping address. If the package is returned to our Distribution Center, we will email you and let you know.

 

Cancel Order

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production 1-12 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email  Support@BehemothDeals.com your order number and request for the order to be cancelled.

 

I would like to change an item

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee item change if the order is already in production. If you would like to check if it’s possible to make changes to the items in your order, please email Support@BehemothDeals.com with your order number and the item and/or size change.
